What is the Web CEO Software Affiliate Program?

We pay you a commission every time you refer a new WebCEO user from your site. Joining Web CEO Software Affiliate Program is a great way to earn money as we sell a unique product, which is a must-have tool for anyone who has a site. Your commission will be 15% of every purchase your referral makes in the one year since they last visited our site, besides you’ll be paid 10% of the sales of other affiliates whom you referred to the affiliate program directly.

How can I join Web CEO affiliate program?

It is as easy as ABC. Fill in and submit the Affiliate Sign-Up Form, then click on the verification link in the email message that you will receive to confirm your email’s existence. After you are done with the verification, we will send you another email message with detailed instructions on how to link to us and start earning money.

Does my website qualify for Web CEO Affiliate Program?

We do impose certain restrictions on our affiliates. Websites that would violate any applicable law, encourage illegal activities, or have inappropriate content will be deemed unacceptable for the WebCEO Affiliate Program. Please see complete details outlined under "Enrollment in the Program" in the Affiliate Agreement.

Tracking and payments

How do you track my referrals and how can I see exact figures?

We use an in-house tracking system tuned to track every visit your referral makes. Our system combines two major types of tracking such as cookies and IPs to ensure that every penny of due commissions is in your pocket. We set a cookie (a small tasty bit of information encoded with your affiliate info) to expire in 1 year, so even in the 364 days since your referrals last visit to our website, we’ll pay you for every purchase he or she made. You can see various affiliate statistics by logging in to your affiliate account.

When and how do I get paid?

You will be paid every month by PayPal. We do, however set a small $25 minimum on the commissions we pay. It means that if you only earned, say, $20 during a given month (this may happen if we run a promo campaign with discounted prices), this amount will be rolled over to the next month until your balance reaches the required minimum of $25, which is not hard to reach at all!

Setting up affiliate links

How do I set up my affiliate links?

All affiliate links can be found in a proper section of your affiliate account. As we said above, detailed instructions on how to set up your affiliate links and start making money will be sent to you right after you’ve signed up as an affiliate.

Can I download and change your graphics and logos to my website?

While you are free to keep our logos and graphics on your website, we must approve every modification to our media. Normally we approve your changes within one business day, so email your art to our staff.

Do I need to create another affiliate account to link to you from other websites and/or my email newsletter?

NO. You may put your affiliate links wherever you find it suitable and visits from those links will be incorporated into your statistics. Before linking to us from complementary sites/newsletters you must ascertain that they qualify for our affiliate program. Read more about our requirements in the item 3 on this page.

How can I track a separate advertising campaign, or a newsletter performance, etc.?

In order to break out the tracking for different websites and newsletters, you will need to append a one-word description (NO spaces, use underscores _ instead) to the existing affiliate link.

For example, you want to track the effectiveness of your Christmas newsletter. Here is your existing affiliate link:
http://www.webceo.com/cgi-bin/go/clickthru.cgi?id=affilate.

Change it to:
http://www.webceo.com/cgi-bin/go/clickthru.cgi?id=affilate&campaign=Christmas_Newsletter.

After this, logon to your affiliate account and go to the Top 100 Referrers tab. You will see the stats broken down by campaign. As you see you only had to customize the initial link with the Campaign parameter and its name. Really simple!
