As the old database format won't work any more in version 5, you will not be able to view your previously created reports unless you save them. So please decide what reports you wish to keep, and use your favourite way to save them.

You can choose one of the following options to save your reports. Web CEO allows you to print them, export them in HTML or MHT format, or to e-mail them to any address you choose. There is a report panel in each Web CEO tool allowing you to print/preview/export/e-mail reports.

Please note that each report is saved separately, and that reports that haven't been saved will be lost. Thus, if you have too many reports and don't need to keep them all, you may wish to only save the most important ones.

After you have saved all the necessary reports, you are ready to install Web CEO 5.
