Q: What are the differences between the Free and Professional editions?
A: The Professional edition has some features and options that are not available or are restricted for Free and SmallBiz users:
1. General - only the Pro edition allows you to customize your reports with your own brand (logo, header and footer). This edition also lets you provide services to third parties, the license is included. You can also save reports and e-mail them both manually from the software and automatically, using the Scheduler tool.
2. Keywords - you can research more keywords in the Pro edition - top 1,000 keywords in Pro versus 5 keywords in the Free edition.
3. Optimization - in the Pro edition you have the 'Compare to top pages' report which is not available in any lower edition.
4. Ranking Checker - with the Pro edition, you can check rankings for unlimited keywords, whereas you can't add more than 5 keywords if you have the Free edition.
5. Links - the important 'Linking pages' report is available only to Pro users. Also, the Professional edition of Web CEO allows you analyzing text used in backward links (see what words other websites use to describe you and what keywords search engines take into consideration). This feature is not available in the lower editions.
6. Auditor - for Free users, the number of pages to scan for errors and problems is limited to 30. In the Pro edition you can scan unlimited pages.
7. Partners - you can check only 5 partners agreements per run in the Free edition. The Professional edition allows checking unlimited agreements.

A: SmallBiz users can access some features and options that are not available or are restricted for Free users:
1. General - you can't save or e-mail reports in the Free edition; you must own at least the SmallBiz edition to get this feature.
2. Keywords - you can research more keywords in the SmallBiz edition - top 50 keywords in SmallBiz against 5 keywords in the Free edition.

A: The SmallBiz and Professional editions are similar in their advanced functionality, but have some differences as listed below:
1. General - you can't use the SmallBiz edition for providing services to third parties - this is only allowed to the Professional edition users. The option of customizing Web CEO reports with your company logo, header and footer is only available to Pro users. Only the Pro edition lets you e-mail reports from the software automatically, using the Scheduler tool.

The difference is that the Professional Unleashed package includes:
- the Professional edition of Web CEO,
- the Professional Training Course in Internet Marketing,
- the virtual and hard-copy certificates of PIM (Professional Internet Marketer).
With the Professional edition, you can take the Basic edition of the course and get a virtual certificate of CIM (Competent Internet Marketer).
Q: What is the difference between the SmallBiz and SmallBiz Unleashed editions?
A: These two editions of Web CEO have exactly the same functionality of the software.
