For Web CEO proper operation, no additional settings of the Windows Firewall
are required.
Attention!!! Windows Firewall analyzes and can block the incoming traffic,
but it does not deal with the outgoing one. By default, Windows Firewall
blocks all incoming traffic, except the cases when data are sent in response
to the preceding outgoing request.
