A: This version of the program does not provide full support for Unicode yet. So far it is available in the Optimization tool only. Please be patient - we plan to include this in future versions of Web CEO. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Q: How can I install Web CEO for a Windows user with limited access?
A: Only administrators can properly install Web CEO, because it is required that the user is permitted to write to program and system folders, and registry. At the same time, it is important that the program is installed and accessed under the same Windows user account.
We offer such a compromise: temporarily move the user account to Administrators group. For the Web CEO installation, select a folder where the user has access -- do not select the prompted C:/Program Files. After the installation is complete, remove this user from the Administrators group; this won't affect Web CEO's performance.
Q: I cannot log on because of the `Password Incorrect` / `License Incorrect` error. Why?
A: You might have misspelled the password (or username). We recommend that you should COPY and PASTE your username and password. Keep in mind they are case sensitive. Don't use national characters.
However, if you've misspelled your username or password code, the program would react in prompting you what you have done wrong. Retry entering password or license code in the form, and log on.
Q: I e-mailed to Web CEO support, but never got an answer. Why?
A: We usually answer all e-mails within 24 hours (Mon through Fri). If you haven't received our reply, most likely, there is some anti-spam program preventing you from this. In order to receive our letters, check that 'support@webceo.com', our general e-mail address, and Web CEO Support Angel's personal e-mail addresses are not blacklisted with your spam blocker.
Users of SpamArrest and similar services should make sure that they can get e-mails from 'support@webceo.com'.
If you personally don't use the anti-spam software, the message blocking might take place on a higher level -- your ISP or network administrator. Ask them to verify that you can receive e-mail messages from support@webceo.com.
Anyway, resend your original request to us, because we don't know that our reply was deleted or filtered.
Q: If I log as a different Windows user to the same computer, I receive the `Network error: Server busy` error message. Why?
A: You must install and use Web CEO under the same Windows user account belonging to the Administrators group.
Q: The program does not seem to properly report keywords written in German, Danish, etc. (extended Latin). Why?
A: If you have your national character set as default in your 'Regional & Language Options', then you shouldn't have problems with checking such words on the major search engines that provide data in UTF8.
Check the Windows 'Regional Settings' (Settings> Control panel> Regional and language options). Make sure that you have your Country selected as your location and your language selected as the language version of the non-Unicode programs.
Q: What are the minimum system requirements needed for installation and operation of WebCEO?
A: The Minimum System Requirements are:
1. Computer:
Pentium class processor 500 or higher.
2. Operating system:
Windows 2000/XP/Vista
3. Memory:
RAM 256 MB (512 MB RAM and more is recommended to perform a number of tasks simultaneously or run complex Web site/search engine scanning tasks).

HDD 130 MB free space for installation.
With regular Web CEO task performance, you will need about 500 Kb or more for each Web site depending on the number of its links/pages.
