Q: Can I add more than one dataset for each search engine?

A: Yes. You can add an unlimited number of accounts for each search engine on the list.

Q: Do I need to re-enter my login and password for a PPC account each time?

A: No. To manage your PPC campaigns more easily, Web CEO remembers all account details. The program automatically enters your registration details into the respective fields each time that you login to a PPC account.

Q: How can I add a new account dataset?

A: To add a new account, follow these steps:

1. Go to the SE List Manager, and check the appropriate search engine(s). Click OK.
2. Click the small icon with the green `+` sign near the search engine for which you want to add an account.
3. Enter the account details. The login and password are obtained from your PPC service provider. The account name will only be used in Web CEO. Click OK.

Q: How can I recommend new search engines to the PPC campaigns manager?

A: In the Web CEO Support Center, select `Suggest A Feature` or contact support@webceo.com. We usually add new search engines within few days.

Q: How can I select the project to work with?

A: You don't have to select a project when working with PPC Campaigns Manager. Unlike other parts of the program, this tool is not project-oriented. Because each PPC account can be used to advertise several websites, it doesn't make sense to separate the datasets by project.

Q: I already have a PPC account with Google and wish to manage it. Is this possible?

A: Yes. With Web CEO PPC Campaigns Manager, you can create new PPC accounts or manage existing ones (just enter the login and password when adding a new account dataset).

Q: I cannot access my PPC account - I get the message about the incorrect login/password.

A: If you were able to log into your PPC account with this account dataset before, then most likely your PPC service provider has changed your login or password without informing you. You should contact them and ask for your new account details.

Q: I cannot see the dataset I added before. Where has it gone?

A: You must have unchecked the search engine to which this account belongs. In this case, the dataset has not been deleted; it is just hidden from your customized search engines list. To correct this, go to the SE List Manager, and check the appropriate search engine. After you click OK, this search engine will appear on the list.

Q: I have added a note to an account - how can I save it?

A: Text notes are saved automatically when you click on any other area of the PPC Campaigns Manager.

Q: Is it safe to store my passwords for PPC accounts in the program?

A: Yes, absolutely. We don't store your details online; they are saved locally on your PC and stored there encrypted.

Q: The details for my PPC account have been changed - how can I edit my dataset?

A: Right-click on the account name from the list of PPC accounts, and select Edit Account Dataset. Change the necessary details, and click OK.

Q: There is no Project Selector in the tool. How can I select a project?

A: You don`t have to select a project when working with PPC Campaigns Manager. Unlike other parts of the program, this tool is not project-oriented. You can work with one or more account datasets on 48 search engines. Because each dataset account can be used to advertise several websites, it doesn't make sense to separate the datasets by project.

Q: What is a dataset?

A: An account dataset consists of a login and password used for a PPC account. For your convenience, you can assign a different name to each of your PPC accounts.

Q: Why do I see the "Page cannot be found" message on the right-hand pane?

A: There might be a temporary problem with your Internet connection, or this page may have been renamed or deleted from the server. PPC Campaigns Manager works on the basis of the Internet Explorer engine, so it behaves the same way as your browser. If you try to load this page in your browser, you will get the same error message.

Q: Will my datasets be deleted if I reinstall Web CEO?

A: No. If you make a backup of the Web CEO database before reinstalling, all account datasets will be saved there.

Once you reinstall Web CEO and restore your data files from this backup, you will be able to use all account datasets that you created earlier.
