A: Our certification may not be recognized as an "Industry standard" for one simple reason -- there's no standard as such. There's no SEM training and certification program in the world that is credible enough to be considered an "industry standard". Your knowledge is what matters.
As a successful student, you will receive proof of your new skills - a certificate of Competent Search Engine Marketer (CSEM) or Professional Search Engine Marketer (PSEM), depending on your edition of the training course (Basic or Professional respectively).
All graduates get a virtual certificate that is visible online via a special link which can be shared with anyone you wish. Paper certificates are sent to users who either purchase the course itself or receive it as a bonus that comes with the Professional Unleashed edition of Web CEO. The SmallBiz Unleashed users may order a hard-copy certificate for an extra charge.

Several lessons are available to students of the Professional Training Course. If you have purchased the 'SmallBiz Unleashed' or 'Professional Unleashed' edition of Web CEO, you should have access to all the lessons. These are also available to you if you have purchased the training course separately. Otherwise, you are considered a student of the 'Basic' course. Basic course students will have small letters ('b' and 'p') before each lesson name, indicating which lessons are available to students of the Basic course, and which ones are accessible in the Professional course only.
Q: Can I get a certificate for my company?
A: To obtain the status of certified Internet Marketing organization, your company should order advanced training and certification for three students and train three employees in professional search engine marketing.
A: The time of your training is not limited; you schedule your studies yourself and spend as much time on each lesson or assessment as you need. The sooner you complete the online course, the sooner you are awarded your certificate.

A: The training course is delivered online via an eLearning educational environment.

Q: I forgot my password for the course. What do I do?
A: If you forgot or lost your password, you can retrieve it yourself. Go to http://www.seo-training-course.com/ and click the 'Send my details via email' link. Then enter your e-mail address (the address which you used to login to the course), and click 'OK'.
Q: I want to change my password for the course. What should I do?
A: When you login into the Course, click the 'Change password' link at the right-top corner of the window. You will be transferred to the page where you can change your password.
In the first field, please enter your current password for verification purposes. In the second field, create your new password, and repeat it once more in the third field. Then press the 'Change password' button, and you are done.

All the assessments are done online, and the grades are kept in our students database. This means that you don't have to go anywhere to take the exams - you can attend our training course from any part of the world, provided you have Internet access.

Q: When will I get my hard-copy certificate after course completion?
A: We check with the customer database and create the list of the people who successfully completed the Internet Marketing Course on the first day of every month.
For example, if you completed the course in February, you will receive an automated e-mail on March 1st. In this e-mail will be a request to confirm the name to be printed on the certificate and your mailing address.
After we get your reply, we will produce the certificate and mail it. This process takes another two weeks.
