The Web CEO team continues to strive to produce the best SEO/SEM software tool on the market today. As usual, several months of hard work (translating to several thousand man-hours) have resulted in many fixes and improvements. However, our biggest achievements are two new tools that make Web CEO 'pack in the power' needed for search engine optimization.
General improvements
Client Center
- Client Center (beta version) is a new way to share your reports with your customers. Configure the settings that give access stats reports for your site. Other people can browse the reports you've shared by using a small report viewing utility - Client Center.
Note: Only HitLens reports are supported at the moment, although we are working to make all the tool reports available through the Client Center.
Promotion Module
New Promotion Tools (!)
- Link Partner Finder. This is the big one. Now you do not have to spend hours surfing the Web for potential link partners and then more time contacting them and then even more time following them up. Just type your keywords, select search engines and let the software do its work. Customizable e-mail templates, site evaluation and grouping, automatic extraction of e-mail addresses from pages, manual or bulk correspondence scheduling and more!
- PPC Campaigns Manager. This is a simple interface that allows managing multiple PPC campaigns, such as Google Adwords or Overture / Yahoo Search Marketing, from a single control center. Simple, but you will be really surprised how it will make things so much easier!
New in Keyword Research
- New 'Get Suggestions' feature. A new tab 'Find Suggestions' - searches for relevant keyword ideas by spying on your competition. It helps you build a list of themed keywords by using your competitors' websites as a starting point.
- Refresh keyword basket. Always have real-time information on the words in your keyword basket.
- View Competitors tab. Browse SERPs of about 900 SEs to estimate your competition. Define who is your leading competitor for each keyword.
New in Optimization
- Improved Interface. Now you can preview the pages you have selected for analysis. Convenient access to multiple pages both in the local copy and on the Web. Add pages by scanning links on your site.
- 'Keyword Density' report. Keyword density is considered one of the most important on-the-page factors. Take advantage of using the new keyword density report now offered in Web CEO.
- 'Search Engine View' report. Look at your pages through the eyes of search engines for easier identification of content problems.
New in Editor
- HTTPS Support. Now view your competitors' source code, even if those pages are encrypted by the HTTPS (secure HTTP) protocol.
New in Submission
- 'SE Favorites' list. Introduces the ability to enter your own SEs and directories. Now you can create a customized SE list in the Manual Submission section. Also, pick up engines by country and language.
- Auto filling feature. It now autofills most fields in the web forms you meet during manual submission!
- HTTPS Support. Improved scanning for pages that are accessed via HTTPS.
- Data import from other projects. The information needed for submission, such as e-mail addresses and phone numbers, can be imported into other Web CEO projects with a single click.
Analysis Module
New in Ranking
- 'My indexed pages' tab. Find out which pages have been visited by the crawlers and indexed. That's it. Now you can easily get this vital information without leaving Web CEO.
- 'Indexed sites' report. Find out which competing sites have been indexed by the search engines.
