Definitions
Coupon codes
Web CEO provides affiliates with the coupon codes (in the form of hyperlinks) that correspond to the chosen affiliate plan. The coupon codes are time limited. The Web CEO affiliates learn about the coupon code expiry date at the moment of their receipt.
Publishing of Web CEO's electronic coupons is entirely at the discretion of Web CEO's affiliates.
A person can use a coupon code of a certain value only once. However, it is possible for the same person to use a coupon code of a greater value. In this case, the difference in value between the first and second coupon codes is credited to the user's account with Web CEO Online. As a result of this change, an affiliate whose coupon code was added last gets a new referral, and the affiliate whose coupon code was used first loses a referral.
Affiliate plan change
Affiliates cannot change the affiliate plan that they first selected. However, they can create a new affiliate account with a different email address and select a different affiliate plan instead.
Payouts
Web CEO will pay the affiliate monthly commission within 10 business days of the following month if the earned amount is equal to or exceeds $25.00. All payments up to $10,000 are made through PayPal. A monthly commission exceeding $10,000.00 will be paid by wire transfer.
Refund policy
When issuing a refund of a Web CEO Online subscription fee to a customer, Web CEO will deduct the credited commission pertaining to the refunded amount from the affiliate's earnings before the credited commission is paid.
Affiliate statistics
Upon affiliate signup, Web CEO provides affiliates with access to web-based statistics on registrations and orders of Web CEO services that have been made by their referrals.
